| I personally want to express my thanks to all of you that attended our club activity last Sunday. It certainly was a heart felt day for all of us. We also received a phone call from the VA hospital asking me to tell all of you the staff and patients expressed their deepest appreciation to all of you. They truly believe groups like ourselves visiting their facility, can really make a difference. We are welcomed back anytime. I also want to thank everyone for trying to jump start old yeller! I got a little trivia for you. How long do you think a battery last in Terry & Pat's yellow 67 corvette? Answer-- 5 years 7 months, 4 days and 16 hours! :-) If you ever see our corvette on a car hauler or trailer like the picture below, its because we definitely had car trouble or it was stolen, because we drive it, its not a trailer queen! ha, ha :-) |
